I agree too. Using Reb as an example  , I feel I know a lot of Reb the TT player... how he plays, how he progresses, what equipment he uses, etc, but I would be very interested to read how he started in TT, how he got to where he is now, how he got into forums, and the impact the forum (as a member and moderator) has on his life and his TT, etc

Well I'm nowhere near 20,000 posts, but I am close to 12,000  Perhaps someone can "interview" me. But its a pretty boring story. :P

Would love to if you're game! You owe us one from 10,000 or even 5,000. Still the post count should not really matter... I'm sure there are plenty of interesting characters here that don't have a high post count.

Haggisv Congratulations on you 20000+ posts and lets hope that your posts continue to come
I met Haggisv and Luna (I think 2 years ago) and we drove out to Manurewa to have a hit, my Grand daughter was well looked after by Haggis 2 older girls, whilst me a Alex had some rallys (I was using boths sides inverted then ) and my wife Julia and Luna (both Chinese) could chat away while we played, I was always sorry I didn't get to take you to the Botonical Gardns or other places as Julia's Sister was waiting for us to get back but it was a enjoyable meeting even though a bit short
but we were glad to meet you ,your family and lovely wife

Thanks rodderz! Yes I remember the time well and it was great to meet you and Julia too! We will certainly come over again in the near future, so I'm sure we'll get the chance to have more of a hit and do some more sight-seeing then! I'm sure we'll have a lot more 'equipment talk' as well

I've been holding back, as it's taken me quite a while to write all this, and answer questions. I've tried to be brief... well at least I tried anyway  I hope you don't fall asleep halfway through, and that you get something out of it

What a great interview.
I’m glad you didn’t hold back and I would have probably even enjoyed it more if you weren’t quite so brief. 8) 8) 8) 8)
For me a player returning to the fold after a long layoff playing this wonderful sport ---- my drive to find out general information ---- finding out where I was & where I am now----, improving my lot ---- learning about my style of play and finding my “Perfect” blade (Re-Impact) & rubbers fell into place after meeting Alex (Haggisv) & discovering the Ooak Forum which I read for about a year before I plucked up the courage to come out of my cloak of invisibility.
Thank you for your help Haggisv
