The South Korean Men Team gave the last slot in the Olympics to the 30-year old veteran Ryu Seung Min. The 2004 Olympic champion will join the other main players in the team Joo Se Hyuk and Oh Sang Eun who both got direct participation through the world rankings. As for the head coach Yoo Nam Kyu, the experiences of the veterans are indispensable for big competitions like the Olympics and admitted that their goal is the gold medal in the team events.
