Here are the highlights of Butler against GIONIS. Pretty good effort by Butler I thought!

It's an amazing story.
Sometimes if you get a raw deal you're more driven.

DEFENDERS -- RARE BIRDS AS YET.

Defensive players is the center dish of the sport, they're always welcomed with the spectators and media...
Certainly, we need more defenders and allrounders to enter the game. No defenders, no public attraction.
UNFORTUNATELY, most coaches are seeking for an easy profit, so they favour attakers above defenders because it would take much longer time and much more pains/troubles to teach a boy playing defensive style.
I suggest we should set up a minimum quota of the defensive players to be represent at major international events, no fewer than 20% of the total entrance.. Thus could we have got more and more coaches interested in breeding defenders rather than attakers. Just so.

After watching Butler vs Gionis, I was inspired to try some chop smashes in training. Got a bit too keen after a couple of successes, and tried it on some balls that really weren't high enough, causing them to float off the other end of the tableā€¦
