Nice training. How high are you ranked in your country? ( Place and a total number of ranked people would mean more than points :) )

I'm impressed with the coach... he blocks so consistantly!

The coach is fantastic. Jong Eub Han, he was NZ number 1 when he came here but mainly coaches, doesn't train anymore. He is very highly respected in Korea as a coach, hence you will see many players he coaches walking round with korean team shirts on like Joo Se Hyuk, Cho Eon Rae, Jung Young Sik etc. It's quite funny. He is very consistent though.

I had a bit of a slump last year so I'm not ranked very highly at all atm, just 76th in mens. I've played for NZ twice, once in the under 21s at Oceania Champs and once in the mens team at Australian Open. Looking to top 30 this year so I'm training as much as I can. We will see how I go! :D

Next year I'll be moving to Prague, I'm going to be playing at Sparta Prague TTC in the Czech League starting in division 2 hopefully.

I see :) I think my attacking game is more or less at the similar level as yours.

Yikes, just got this video footage of my training from 3 months ago. Clear to see how my commitment to crossfit and physical training has made a huge difference. Now 6kg lighter :)

Thanks Yosua :)

Played a tournament yesterday and lost the mens singles in the final, still a great result though. Progress being made!

Been a while since I posted. I had a bit of a battle after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, put me out for 2 months and looms in wait to do it again, but hopefully not! Finally in remission and back to training 15-20 hours per week with gym work on the side and looking forward to building some great results this year :)

Also had a big week on my blog site with two great interviews, one with Li Xiaoxia and one with BiBa Golic :D
