OOAK Table Tennis Forum

had a great first game against a first player from the other team today, who mainly does heavy loops. whom i beat 3-2.. while annihilating him 11-3 in the first set he changed his game up a bit or i got too confident.

i almost missed the match as i thought that it was called off, but managed to sprint my way to the place in about 20 mins. on arrival starting the game almost instantly after a 5 min rally.

anyway i found my forte or rather the kinds of players that i play best against and that would be anyone that is top spin oriented and or heavy topspin...
but i can play well enough against backspin oriented players as well except i get bogged down in a pushing game and i forget to loop or the fact that i can easily loop the ball back. and once i try to initiate a loop it goes horribly wrong as the change over of the stroke/ technique is just crippled. i also get very bored and over confident when i play against pushers and choppers..

i wish i could have recorded the game but my tripod has been sent off to get repaired.. as there were some nice rallies that lasted more than my usual topspin rallies last as i tend to give up when i thing ive hot a winner
