 Post subject: Do we want to submit proposals to Nat associations

I believe if we want to submit any proposals to our National associations (for the ITTF) we need to be quick, as I think it closes very soon.

I'm thinking anything about boosters or frictionless pips... If we can formulate a letter to pass to multiple national associations, one or more may actually agree and submit the proposal...

this is good in theory,but unless you could say 250 members (for example) all agree on this proposal then its not worth anything

Any single member can write to their national association and make them aware of a particular issue or proposal. If they support it they can submit it as an proposal to the ITTF. This is in theory of course :rofl:

We certainly do. What better way of making associations aware of what the grassroots are thinking is there, than to talk to them?

Not just dark-siders either... the booster ban affects many players and is making a mockery of the current rules (IMO), coz the rule cannot be enforced properly, and factory boosted rubbers are perfectly legal...
