Japtec and Proma.

I am curious. I never see these two companies' table tennis products in any shop or any online shop. I guess that Japtec is a Japanese company. How about Proma? Is anyone using these two companies' rubber? Good or not? Any online shop selling these two companies rubber? In fact, Japtec has a long pimple rubber DL-01 and Proma has a long pimple rubber Diabolic!

Thank you very much.

Silver,
Thanks for your information.

Servio,
I believe that the Top Life of Carrefour is on a pre-assembled paddle.

I had spotted Diabolic and thought about it for an avatar but I couldn't find a picture anywhere.

Proma is a brand created by Dauphin tennis de table ( see http://tennis-de-table-dauphin.com/) french retailer. They do blades and rubbers. Not very popular in their own country, I must say. Never tried their stuff myself but been told it was very decent. They do a blade (proma super V13) sold for 100 euros (140 usd !!!) 68g OFF+. Must be something...

That's expensive! Judging be the weight it must be a balsa blade.

Used a Japtec Balance 2.0mm rubber a long time ago -- just after shifting from premades to homemade paddles.

Really can't comment objectively, I haven't gotten around getting those sheets again.

jolan and Yuzuki,
Thanks for your information.
:o

haggisv,
Information of this blade:

http://www.tennis-de-table-dauphin.com/ ... cts_id=878

"Vous avez apprécié le Spézial F-13 dans sa catégorie, vous allez adorer le SUPER V-13 qui est très léger (68 gr) et de tendance OFF+. Il possède 9 plis pour une épaisseur totale de 12.5 mm. Le coeur en Balsa est entouré de 2 couches de carbone très fines ce qui provoque une dynamique exceptionnelle pour une orientation de balle difficile à imaginer."

Sounds like a 7-ply with a very thick inner balsa... for the few French words I remember from school..

You are going to love the Super V-13 if you appreciate the F-13, V-13 is very light, and OFF+, Balsa Core, 9 ply, 12.9 mm thick (wow, how thick) and 68 grams, 2 Carbon Layers, so fine... It will be hard to imagine how it provokes exceptionally dynamic blah blah blah... you will simply crush Garcon Sid and his Amis who use unglued bryce with ease!

I haven't messed with french for 25 years, so I could be off a little. JOLAN to the rescue...
