Glennholder, what program did you use? If it's similar to mine then the earlier advice you got is pretty much what you have to do. Failing that, I'm happy to spend a bit of time 'cleaning them up'. Just not today, because it's 35 degrees C outside and being on the computer is hard work!

Please don't upload the ones I submitted ... wait a couple of days - a cool change is expected then.

Oskar, I use Corel Draw, a Canadian vector based program that is compatible with Adobe Illustrator. I created tiny vector drawings, then exported them as gifs, then I used this website to make my simple gifs into an animation: http://picasion.com/

I find the limitations on size and pixels just too extreme - I have tried a couple of times, always end up giving up....

You can modify any picture to avatar with right amount of pixels.
