In case you're wondering why I haven't been around much lately, I've been working on our association's newsletter, which is a whopping 23 pages this time! :rock:

Love it!

The setup up is excellent and a huge amount of work went in to the layout of your newsletter - especially wordwrapping and alignment. I really liked the way it covered all age groups and standards equally and I got some background on the history of some clubs in your area. "Langley" seems to be a very keen table tennis name / family :) And you finish it off with a quiz which includes a very topical subject.

Out of interest, how do you circulate the newsletter? Do you send it to all clubs and ask them to forward it on or do you send it to every member of South Australia who you hold the email address for. Circulation and ensuring our members read circulars or pass them on to other club members is a problem for us.

Yes the Langley family is popular and makes a huge contibution to TT in SA!

We do send the newsletter to all clubs, and we also have a mailing list for all members that participate in our winter Pennant season. In addition I continue to accumulate Email addresses from people I communicate with. The TTSA website, and in particular the Facebook page are other good ways to promote and distribute (via download links).
