Saw this Ovtcharov Senso Carbon on a popular selling site, let's call it "eucalypt". The seller does not claim that the names on the blade are autographs. Not that you would expect Jun Mizutani, Ma Long and Ma Lin to have the same handwriting, or that everyone would spell out their names in Latin script.

I don't know if people go around writing top players' names on blade faces in ballpoint. Maybe it's a thing.

Seeing it's on "Eucalypt", maybe the top veneer is made from scribbly gum. Mind you the scribbles on scribbly gum are usually brownish not ballpoint blue.
