So since you're from Arizona, then I'll just recommend the places I like.

Like the most:
http://zeropong.com/ - Based out of SC I believe or somewhere close to that. The best place/price to get a seamless poly ball. Their Gambler 3 Star 40+. They sell for $5.95 for a pack of 6. They carry some decent blades and a ton of Chinese Tacky type of rubbers.
http://www.colestt.com/ - Based in Kanasas City. Good with emailing you back if you have questions about products. Can custom glue a topsheet to a sponge for you. Good guy.

Places I like okay but their prices kinda suck:
https://www.megaspin.net/Default.asp - Great selection on everything. Tables, blades, booster, rubber, etc. They have all the modern ESN rubbers you could want. I don't like that they'll charge you $5 something for shipping when buying a rubber when zeropong & coless will charge you only a dollar.
http://www.paddlepalace.com/ - Based in Oregon. Super expensive. The only time I really buy anything from them is if I'm getting a blade. Their selection is really nice.

If you don't mind waiting and want a really good deal or some different selection of rubbers: China-Friend on ebay
http://stores.ebay.com/pingpongworld/
Prices great. Ships remarkably fast. Last time I got my order in 10 days... That's amazing for coming over on a slow boat. Some selection on products here you can't get on the other sites I mentioned.

I can vouch for tabletennis11 and tt-japan - ordered several times, never had a problem, top notch service.

ttnpp can be a bit flaky - they botched one order and went silent, but another one was fine. Others on this forum did not have issues with them. It helps to order more mainstream stuff there (more likely to be in stock and be shipped promptly).

If you don't mind the 3 week wait, Eacheng's various incarnations (their own website - eacheng.net, their six stores on AliExpress and their one - or two - sellers on ebay) are a great place to order Chinese equipment from. No muss, no fuss, but a long wait..

I can't speak highly enough of tabletennis11. Consistently excellent, good range, good price, and good service guaranteed.

To be fair I've not had a bad experience from any of the suppliers I've used, but my favourite two are tt11 and japsko, although, as I recently intimated, they're now under new management, so I can't be entirely sure that they're still as good as they were.

iruiru used to be pretty flakey, fairly certain they were breached at one point. They were taking cc numbers over the internet without an SSL certificate
