CDTTA is offering a free group coaching session with "Sensei" Brett Clarke on AFL Grand Final Day, Saturday 1 October, from 1130–1330. This will be at the Kilsyth Sports Stadium at 123 Liverpool Rd, Kilsyth.

You're in luck! There's also a Grand Final BBQ (gold coin donation) following the session, with a TV just indoors from the BBQ area. :D

And (not free) group coaching by another former Olympian, Russell Lavale, from 2pm*.

*Said coaching by RL would not be happening if Carlton was playing the Grand Final, but we should be OK on that front for a while… :P
