Saw this on an eBay listing. I know it's an innocent typo, but I couldn't resist!

Fixed! Original was too tiny, had to resize it. :)

Yeah, that would have to be rather small... :D
Anyway, FYI you can really have the real thing instead of a typo. Yours was funnier though...

Er, you inspired me to go look...

Why??? I've no idea, but... seems to be quite a bit of demand. Maybe the next thing after wood pellets and mesquite chips for trendy barbeque?

Oh wait.. it explains everything here:  Definitely NOT for barbecue - especially not steaks..

The "energy" bit sounds plausible but I'm skeptical about the "wealth" bit...

Interestingly enough - when you search for different synonyms of the same thing on ebay you get different results.

"sh*t" - mainly music albums (CDs)
"cr*p" - mainly T-shirts
"turd" - mainly practical joke/gag items
"poo" -mainly perfume (!), also stuffed toys
"poop" - mainly practical joke/gag items
"droppings" - mainly books - most by one person
"dung" - Matchbox cars, dung beetles, coprolites
"chips" - mainly the potato sort (yes, on ebay)
"buffalo chips" - looks like biker related items, books, casino chips
"manure" - pretty much what you'd expect, nicely packaged

To find the stuff from the previous post you have to search for "cow dung". "cow patty" gets you hamburger presses, inspirational signs, stuffed toys, but also this:

(Why would anyone want one?? Oh yeah.. brings you wealth and energy.. )

And you have heard of this stuff, right? Not cheap...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/800-Grams-Robus ... 2015828400

Most of the time it's nicely washed, dried, roasted and vacuum packed, but not this - this must be the WIY ("Wash-It-Yourself") version. That must've been one huge civet cat - I don't think most are THAT big. Dobermans don't produce droppings that size.

Oh dear. I'm going to hazard a guess that the seller doesn't have civet cats or any other livestock.

I don't think human ones get that big, either..

Incidentally, someone in Thailand figured out how to make it with elephants recently... Wonder why cows won't work - maybe the chew too hard. Definitely won't work with goats.

Apparently Australian (or Gondwanan... )

Item condition: Used

They should photograph these with something for scale - when you read the descriptions, they're actually pretty small (less than 2 inches long).

Cow worshippers burn Cow-pies in ceremonial bonfires as a sacrifice to the Cow gods :-D Only in the hope that the Cow-deities will make the milk overflow, the butter to automatically churn and cheese to rise into mountains

EDIT: I am a Hindu so this is like part of special ceremonies and mandated to use in the pyres and fireplaces ( agni-kundam / havan-kund ? ) during the time. Also please make fun of this all you like :-) We do it very often anyways

Also Hinduism does not sponsor or promote violence in any form or means. Anyone claiming to be a violent Hindu is a betrayer and a violator and a pariah and a traitor and should be shot.
Basic principle of Hinduism is Sathya, Dharma, Shanthi, Prema and Ahimsa ( Truth, Right Action, Peaceful living, A Love-filled Person and Non-Violence ).

Also you can become a Demon and go about slaying but then you can't call yourself a Hindu :-)
