I had almost completely stopped playing table tennis due to having too many things going on in my life, including remodeling investment homes besides my regular job. I did play a total of 6 times since last July... of which 4 times were tournaments. Only visited the club twice since July 2016. I decided to play a local tournament last weekend and to my surprise, I gained 35 points, back up to 2119 rating points after no practice at all :D
I had dropped to my lowest rating since 2008 after last years US Open when I started having symptoms of tennis elbow..
Maybe I should completely stop practicing and only play tournaments..
