Reminds me of this game we tried a few times in college.. you can do it with any number of people, you need a table, and each one needs a bat. You divide the people into two groups, each group makes a loose line on one side of the table. One person starts by serving, and runs around the table as fast as possible to join the end of the queue at the other end. The person who returns the serve likewise runs to the other side. Anyone who doesn't make a good return is "out", and this goes on until there are two people left, who play one game (usually to five points) to decide the winner. With good players who can counter-drive, this is a fast and frenetic game. The person serving when there are three people left has to run REALLY fast.. I mean REALLY REALLY fast.

A variation on that game is that when it comes down to 2 players, they have to play a shot, put the bat on the table, turn around once, pick up the bat, play the next shot etc. Works best when trying to have fun, rather than the receiver trying to put the ball away quickly.
