Usually a reference to consistency of performance and/or durability between different sheets (or blades) of the same product. So it’s really a comment on quality control.

Not how I interpret it. You're rating the rubber's consistency, not your consistency. ;)

Consistency has two meanings.

1) Repeatability.

2) How "thick" something is.
