The ball goes at hypersonic velocity. No chance for the opponent to return. NO CHANCE FOR OPPONENT TO RETURN THE SERVICE.
Again, every casual payer could do this within a week struggle.

Be happy.

NOTE: Some inverted grippy rubber will do best. To display on the present video Vladimir using Palio gripping rubber.

An excellent serve for sure! I don't think it's new though.

Not only have we seen this Russian guy with this serve before, there's a video from seven years ago of a Japanese youngster doing it even better. One difference between the two is that the kid does it forehand corner to forehand corner.

Not sure how that is "inventive" or an "update" to what Sakai showed. Please explain!

Also, it is absolutely possible to return that serve, and the return will also be fast, so server will most likely not be ready for it.

I have used it myself on a few occasions, but only as a surprise serve or if the opponent positions himself wide to return everything with his forehand. My perfomance is not consistent enough for use in a tight situation, I think.

I've tried it too, and although I can get it on sometimes (needs more practice), the backswing required is quite long and looks nothing like my normal serves, so it will be quite obvious if I decide to use this serve.

I will see if I can get a video of my serve. I do a pretty fast serve from my backhand corner to opponents backhand corner and I can do it with my normal serve action. It is a side-top spin serve and is great as a surprise weapon.
