Can anyone recommend a pro or other player that is an Allround player? I am myself, (I can play both offensive and defense techinques) but have trouble with putting together a strategy on how to use this style to my best advantage. Watching a pro that does this may give me an idea. There is one pro with the last name of Aida that does both very well, so that is one. Thanks!

Many players from France, like Mattenet, can be considered allround. Most noticable of today’s active players would be Stephanie Ouaiche (look at his thread in video section Stephane OUAICHE (FRA) - Modern allrounder, entertainer

Aida plays in Sweden for the team Spårvägen and all team matches in the highest meague in Sweden are filmed and available after on demand, so there sre plenty of recent matches of him to watch here https://solidsport.com/pingiskanalen

Would the older Samsonov count as an allrounder? Maze?

You're probably right there. I was looking for someone that might attack and chop in varying degrees. I am trying to figure out a game strategy and looking at a pro to copy (at least in theory) might help. Good suggestion and thank you!
