Video didn't mention which city he stayed in lol. You won't find ex national coaches for 200-300 CNY in Beijing/Shanghai (3rd/4th tier cities maybe)! My coach charges 200 per hour (same as most other coaches in the same venue), he's a real old-timer but only amateur competition experience.

Last time I went to Guangzhou, couple of years ago or so, an hour with provincial player is 2-300cny, national 4-500cny.
They had a big poster with photo of the players and their specialties so you can pick and choose.
