I think there are a lot of good people in the background that would help others with new or used equipment.

But the project of getting Cassel to the world championships, I think was the first of its kind in WTTC history and i'm hoping this project would trigger more and more of them from all parts of the world.

Obviously, with TT being in first world countries, I'm not sure how much "poverty TT kids" you get there, but to help get those that can't afford to go, is indeed something that I think the TT community can all chip in a little bit and make it happen.
With WTTC 2023 being in South Africa, I was a bit late to realise we can do something to such scale, so it only started on 5 May 2023.
imagine if we started 5 May 2022.... we could of gotten hundreds of kids there.

At the end, we lowered the costs, increase the numbers, and got 15 kids, 1 coach, 1 teacher and 1 driver there. 15 went in a rented "14 seater" and 3 went by bus. They chose to stay in a place with a 1 star review on google, as it was the cheapest they could find. I told them that they can stay better or eat better, but they said, they rather save that money for equipment if we can do that.

It was really touching how the coach sees resources and to make the best out of every penny. If only TT governing body officials have such heart....

equally, I was very touched by the coaches at Cathay, as we hit our target already and when I told them that, the reply was, we can try and get more kids there, or use the extra for something else or next time. They continued to contribute, even after the world champs.
