Just wondering... Any problems with the old robots when using plastic balls? Are new robots built for the plastic ball?

Most robots are designed to still work with lower quality "training" ball that can have some tolerance issues so it should be ok. The tightest fit in them are between the wheels so maybe adjust them slight if the balls come out a bit different.

I have tried mixing both celluloid and polyball in my Newgy 2050 and have not experienced ball jamming or any other problem.

Enjoy the game. It is a never ending learning experience once you play and keep the ball on that 45 sq ft of space or should I say half of that space.
