I have no idea! Maybe there's a "wear-in" period? I did take of the agitator and put it back on. Maybe it was on incorrectly at first.

One other thing. The agitator (as in the plastic bit that attaches to the motor) is quite warped. It's not a flat disc. It's probably supposed to be like this, but just thought I'd check.

Yeah, this is normal - I think it's designed that way. When the hopper is full you can see this "wave" travelling around the top of the balls. There's a hole with a Velcro flap at the bottom of the ball collector in the net, I put an empty box under it.

Note: I'm a hard bat player. I think settings were frequency 2, topspin 3, backspin 1.

Looks great! The placement is quite consistent. No jamming? Thanks a lot for the video!

Settings seem pretty standard for me too. You delivery seems pretty inconsistent though. Good clearance one ball the info the net the next. I'm lucky mine doesnt do that.

Edit: sort wanchop just seen your post, didn't mean to contradict you just as I saw it.

No worries, lol. For someone who hasn't laid hand on the robot yet, this video does look good to me. If it could be even more consistent, that's even better. Definitely enough for grooving the strokes.
I guess the spins mean different to hard bat players. So it's hard to tell how strong the spins were from the video.

Wanchop: Yep, I think you'll find it good enough to groove your strokes.
Cobalt: The inconsistency is very annoying. But it seems to be improving. I'm pretty convinced it's because the garage is so dusty. Balls are basically covered in dust. I clean them off before putting them in the ipong, but I suspect it's causing problems. I'll have to finally clean out my garage!

Can I ask what your serial number starts with? B or C?

Checked serial number, and it starts with a B. What does that mean?

Slightly older model, same as mine. They now start with a C

C is the newer version. But even Joola won't tell what exactly were upgraded. Probably nothing. How's your v300 coping with the "dust issue"?
