Just got my Amicus Prime. Seems like I got a defective unit.

Calibration:
*With default settings and the robot placed at 3 rings on height ..the ball did not cross the net. I have embedded a video

*Got the robot to get the ball over the net, after I raised the robot head to 4 rings. maxed the calibration settings for height, speed and topspin. I don't think this is typical.

While trying an exercise:
*The robot head doesn't scatter the ball, seems like the ball is only placed at the center of the table.
*The head seems to get stuck after 5-6 balls. Have to start the exercise again.

Checking if anyone has experienced these issues.

For the record, I helped this customer this morning on the phone. The problem was his Head Cable connection was loose, causing issues with his head. After reconnecting the cable and using the two screws to secure the connection, he reports robot was working as anticipated.
