That was my goal to make it easier to see it than read it, as the instructions can be overwhelming.

This is a bit annoying, since some time this video is no longer available.
It was a great video to understand what action to do for each drill and how to do it. Without this video I'm somewhat lost.
Would anyone have this video still available and wants to share it with me?
