Tried in vain to get a few of the players across here off the stuff,including PRW. It's addictive!

Big breakfast , then Water throughout the day/tournament, a couple of peanut butter sandwiches as snacks ,, 3-4 bananas . a couple of granola bars in case of emergency. Usually get a very light lunch as I Feel bogged down with anything heavier and it always seems to happen right before a playoff match.

I would not eat heavy meal during the tournament. I don't want to feel sluggish. I would rather take snacks every hour after a light lunch (even those with plenty of salt :D :D )
