Right. The NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL all share this affliction. They have had various players fined, suspended, or banned from the sport, but then use some of the infringements as highlight footage.

The NFL and NHL have done this regularly with illegal hits which often result in player injury. It's enough to fine and suspend the hitter, but not egregious enough to not include it in promotional materials. MLB continued to show homeruns from suspended steroid users after suspension in commercials. Money talks I guess.
