Actually, I was bad this year and just got a lump of coal. Any table tennis playing female would have been nice, I'm not even that picky.

The person below me feels sorry for the person above him because he hasn't slept in 24 hours.

Sorry, self-inflicted injuries don't get any sympathy.

The person below me is desperately hoping that this is the New Year when they finally get kissed at midnight. (By anyone.)

You're a mind reader, Reborn, because it's true, true, true!

The person below me thinks The Ashes is the state of Australian cricket at the moment.

What is crickets? I use those for fishing bait. Ashes are what is left of the fire after cooking the fish.

The person below me; Should go to China to see what ping pong can really do for a country.

I'd love to go to China, and maybe I will one day, who knows. Come to Australia and see what Cricket can do for (to) a country Hookshot ;(

The person below me hasn't played TT for over 3 weeks.

Not true. I had a hit with a friend this morning - nothing serious, just the usual thrashing I get.

The person below me can't decide if his next bat should be a cheap hardbat or a custom made blade which will use up his EJ budget for the year.

Both are true, as it'll definitely be a hardbat, but still a custom blade which will kill my budget while probably not giving me more of an advantage than something from K-Mart.

The person below me thinks that ChrisBuer's red Tachi 4008 (http://ooakforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=14504) is just about the coolest thing he's ever seen.

True, I have a fascination with all blades at the moment.

The person below me is wondering why the heck I've tried to revive a 5-year-old thread! :D

Actually not so. I remember this thread was a bit of fun, so its nice to see someone of youth on the forum revive it. Its good to have some injection of re-invigoration on the forum, so its great to see a good old thread sparked up again.

The person below me also thinks this thread is fun and will remind everyone how to play :P

It was fun, so I thought I'd remind us how to play to see if we want to continue, because I didn't remember.

I've seen this 'game' on another forum, and it can turn quite funny

Basically poster#1 says something like
"the person below me has a dog".

Then anyone (Poster#2) can reply to it, saying if it's true or false and explains why. Then Poster#2 makes the next statement "the person below me..." and so the next person (Poster#3) joins the thread. You can join in multiple times, but can't reply to your own post. It can be any topic, as long as it stays civil and clean ;)

I'll start off:

The person below me loves to play against pimples

Yep, just alternate over and under, over and under until something happens as long as they don't attack or step around.

The person below me retrieves a lot.

Not as much as the person above me... But I do like to occasionally retrieve - attacking gets boring sometimes!

The person below me has long pimples on his backhand and short pimples on his face.
