That's a lot of reason to be happy. Being unbeaten in ten games! Maybe we can open a thread asking members of their longest winning streak! Lot of reason to celebrate. I know that feeling especially when you are not expecting a lot from yourself.

Wow! You guys are happy because of great things. I'm easily entertained and happy. Today I'm happy cause I have some new glue:)

More importantly I got to spend another day with my wife and two babies:) Also I just finished a paper for school about three hours ahead of projected time so I get to sleep tonight. Overall I guess I have tons to be happy about. Seriously though I'm still happy about the glue.

Recently, i've gained much to be happy about! I get to go on a trip to Ireland, playing fiddle with my college choir, I get to do a research program in the chemistry department of my school (I''m a Chem major, of course) that I get PAID for! Been doing excellently academically, and to top it off, I went on a first date with a girl last Saturday...yep.

I know not everyone here is religious, but I personally believe that God is blessing me :)

Anyway, yeah, I have plenty to be happy about right now! :) :) :)

I wish everybody else here a happy time, too!

That was awesome guys! Health, family, study and those simple things in life that completes your day truly makes you happy. It's not really about money or material things.
If you live in a country ( especially in my country ) where people don't have access to basic necessity ( housing, education, medicine ) and you do not experience their sufferrings will make you feel more blessed. Everyday.

I've gone about 3 years without losing a match but it didn't make me happy, my club only has 40 players. Today I'm the happiest I've been in months because I played well and found a good new combo. Well not new because it was stuff I had in the cupboard  .

Because I'm an optimist ;)

Yeah, there's plenty to be unhappy about when you consider the lives of so many disadvantaged people. If only they'd work less and realise that surrounding themselves in material things isn't all it's cracked up to be. So, yeah, I occasionally feel sorry for the rich and vain.

But then I forget about that for long enough to take in nature, cook at good meal and enjoy the warmth of friends.

After a series of wins for 2 months, I was defeated 2x in a row last night. I can still smile and looking forward for tomorrow, then I will have my vengeance.
