I know I'm a bit late but my resolutions' are as follows making sure I put no personal mental pressure on myself continue to practise, practise, practise, look for new serves & information to help me improve my game in all ways possible. Continue to play 4 times a week in the competition & the over 50's club I play in. :up: :party: 8)

My New Years resultions are:
1. Lose at least 5kg of weight (fat)
2. Improve Fitness by doing more regular excercise
3. Work on my backhand attack with inverted, so that I get confident enough to use it in competition.
