CAN YOU WATCH A RALLY LIVE ON THE WALL TV-SCREEN?

Hi Mourice,

Is it true that the giantic TV screen inside the venue is always off-display or displaying some still picture untill a rally is all over?

I was recently told ITTF did disapprove using the wall screens and Tv pannels for a public view during a rally .. It is the same restriction as now in place for some football arenas..
