OK guys I've switched from traditional PB equipment - one side inverted, one side LP - to double pips mostly for serve return. I can now assume a more defensive, symmetrical posture, and receive a little further behind the table like a classic chopper. I find that this position helps with deep fast serves to my FH side, which leads to the "chicken-wing" BH return. I find against really good servers who are accurate and really "GO FOR IT" that I am at a complete disadvantage when receiving with ox lp on the bh side only. For illustration, I have used WW but I also have watched alot of PB's videos as well. One important note about those matches: It seems like both WW and PB don't really receive too many down the line serves from RH servers who use the FH serves from the BH corner????????Really puzzled about that .Another note would be that both WW and PB stand in the middle. I have a hard time contemplating this middle position...it doesnt seem optimal especially for the fast down the line serves.

Anyways have a look at these two stills. What do you guys think is the best way to receive if you are a PB using only your BH OX LP and your FH is not an option?

You can see that WW has to move over to his right which for me is awkward. In the past I would stand closer to the table and lean to the right which meant a long stretch to cover any wide serves to my bh which would be my preferred return...anyways guys, what do you guys think?

I don't think there is an optimum position that covers every possible serve. If I want to return with the LP OX I generally stand in the middle, which allow me to cover most of the table, except wide to FH. You can adjust your position somewhat depending on the location of the server, so you're mostly directly opposite them.
