Post subject:  forehand invert chopping technique

I usually never chop on my forehand but thought I would learn it as a variation.
I been trying to chop from as low as possible but balls are still sailing away or not enough backspin.

How would you describe the technique for it? At the moment i am trying to hack at the ball and accelerate through at point of contact
with a slightly flat forward follow through.

I just got rid of the "s" in "https"
I thought that would let the video show, can someone help please?

You also need to get rid of timestamp parameter (&t=93s) - it screws up embedding for whatever reason.
