Perhaps you'll like the Victas VS 401, which is what I'm using now. I chose it because I wanted to chop more, but I love it for looping and it's extremely spinny. Although it's a German-made rubber, it does not play like any German rubber I've played before, it's quite unique.
I found 2.0mm too lively, but 1.8mm perfect... might be different on another blade though.

Thank you, 401 and the incoming 402 really intrigue me, they sound really fantastic for the chopping game... My problem is that i'd like to just defend but in many occasions you HAVE to attack or even almost completely play as an attacker, so on fh it's hard to find a compromise.

As i said, at the end of the month i'm going to try JP01 angain and i'll keep it if i find i don't loose too much control comparing to what i get on the offensive side. This summer i'm probably going to buy a vs 401 2 mm (VKM really helps in defence, so i think i need maximum thickness from a rubber like 401, since i already use 2.0 for vega pro and i find it slow) to try, and depending on my feelings about it i might keep it or try the new 402, which should be more offensive oriented.

Victas have promised me some samples of their latest rubbers, and if they send them, I'll offer them to the forum members for testing & review. Lets hope they come through ;)
