Says depending on the version of Tapatalk plugin installed on your forum, email notification adjustments may or may not work. I think the case is with OOAK you have to disable them via the website. Just a quick tip to anyone using Tapatalk. :D

What does that mean? Does it mean I have to switch them off somewhere?

I probably have less idea about this than yourself at this point haggisv so I wouldn't know for sure, but I get the impression that, from what it says, there is nothing that can be done about it.

I believe it says 'please contact us or your forum admin if you are unsure' afterwards?

Just had an email notification through but realise it was to a thread I'd subscribed to. Seems even when emails turned off, you are still notified about replies to subscribed topics, which I think is a nice feature. :D :rock:

It seems that maybe you've never seen Tapatalk first-hand? It is not simply a miniature version of the OOAK web site; it has a completely different interface to (much of) the same content. And the new "Live Video" button that I see in the upper-right of this screen is not (yet) part of that interface.

You're right, I have not seen it, as I rarely use a smartphone or tablet.

If it does not show any of our custom button / links, and only uses their own, then you'll probably never see the live video button. :(

Lets explain

Tapatalk is compressed php platform that simplifies and renders the content from the main board which in simple terms means it loads quick and easy

Next
Depending on your smart phone or tablet etc certain things are relevant

1: iPhones and pads do not render or play flash hence even if you did have a link for the livestream you won't see it. This is because flash is lame duck so to speak being super ceded by other things such as jquery and so on

2: the links for the video stream are coded within the header of the site and tapatalk does not render the header hence you will not see them. This can be added via the mobiquo tapatalk folder php code but I'd advise not to if your not famiar

3: yes you tubes do play on all smarts so yes you can see those thought tapatalk

Tapatalk support has just been upgraded to the latest version... please advice if there are any issues. :up:

The uptake of tapatalk certainly seems to be growing, with about 1000 posts now made from mobile devices.
