OOAK Table Tennis Forum

You may have noticed that I've added a new Facebook 'Like' icon at the very bottom of the page. I've done this to try and get more people to connect, which will in turn give us the opportunity to highlight interesting or important threads on Facebook to bring them to the forum, and hopefully get them to join our community and discussions.
For example I posted about Kees's recent amazing article on short pimple styles, as I didn't want anyone to miss it. It certainly helped to bring to more people's attention.

The little icon is loaded after the page is loaded, so it should not impact on page loading time at all.

Right idea 100% but the icon you've got appears to be for liking the OOAK FB page, rather than the individual post - i.e. I came into this post and it already says "You like this".

Is that what you were after?

Yes it's just about liking the OOAK Forum facebook page at this stage. I did consider having 'like' button at the bottom of every post, so that you can 'like' a specific post, and show it on your own Facebook page, but I'm not sure if people would use it.

Ahh that's cool, then - just checking. It's such a small and non-irritating icon that I reckon you could give it a more prominent position.
