Hi ZApenholder. I am in Melbourne. It depends on where in Melbourne you will be as its quite a large city. But if you get out to the South East my club at Dandenong re-opens late January. Be great to see you there.

hey RebornTTEvnglist, will you be at Dandenon this Sunday afternoon?
Planning on poping in then

My "diary" from 21 Jan 2014

I had the honour of visiting MSAC today, the home of Table Tennis Victoria as well as HWATT (Health Wellness And Table Tennis).

I met Simon Gerada, also the program manager and he allowed me to fit in with the holiday training program, the afternoon session from 2pm to 5pm today. They have a 3 to 4 week program of 6 hours a day - 7 days a week, including state and international players.

I am very impress with HWATT facilities, coaching staff and residence players. There was also an invitational Korean cadet/junior team.

I witness some top quality and more importantly - hard working players, especially a young lad by the name of William, 14 years old from Tasmania. I also met New Zealand young starlet Sophia Dong.

I rate HWATT as one of the best Table Tennis training centres I've been to in the world (and I've been to quite a few!)

Thank you again to Simon and the management of HWATT, keep up the good work.

Its a shame we didn't get to meet ZA. I looked around for you on the Monday night, but I assume you didn't make it there.

Oh nooooo...
I can't remember if I sms you or not now....
I thought I did message you that I can't go on that Monday evening....
I'm so sorry

There was just wasn't enough time, as I also didn't even hook up with Heming and William.
Did go to MSAC 3 times, and Crayton 1 time.
Was at Dandenong 2 times, but 1 time was in the parking lot and finding out from Heming his partner postpone the training by an hour.

I think I should go to Melbourne again on a TT working holiday haha
I really enjoy Mel a lot

It was quite far from my place to dandenong. Was it still in zone2? Or its way further?
There was a friend of mine used to play at junior level in dandenong
