Thanks to Japsican's good suggestion, we've made some improvement to the thank you button, which will hopefully encourage people to use it more.

For those that may not have realised, on the 'bottom right' of most posts, you'll notice a button like this Image. Pressing this button thanks the member for their answer or contribution, and you can see this underneath the post. It's a really nice way to say thanks to someone, when you really appreciate their contribution, yet you don't have anything new to post.

You'll now also notice that within a member's profile, it lists the number of time the member has been thanked for their contribution (as well as how many time they've thanked other people). The numbers you see currently may seem quite low considering how long this forum has been in existence, but this is because the 'thank you' was only implimented a few years ago. Also I'm sure many people were not even aware of it. :oops:

I would highly encourage you to use this feature, as a way of thanking other members for their contribution. :rock: :rock: :rock:
