I'm happy to say mynamenotbob has been offered to be moderator for this forum, and has accepted :cheers:

Although there are quite a few members here that I trust completely, and would also make very good moderators, I've had to make a decision. This is based on many factors including how I (and the other mods) see member's maturity, ability to make unbiassed and fair decisions, and also the timezone. So for those of you who would be keen to be a moderator as well, please don't feel I don't trust you, or you've been bypassed for some other reason... At the rate we're growing we'll no doubt need more moderators in the future...

So I'd like to welcome mynamenotbob as the new moderator for our forum :hello2:

Mynamenotbob... Would make a great moderator, and I beleive he has contributed alot of his time and work into this forum,
and especially in the long and anti forum. i am grateful in reading his posts and watching the videos that he posts.
I hope others here have supported HaggisV proposal, and would also support MNNB and in his decisions and actions to keep this forum as good and better!!!

MNNB - only thing that counts against you is your avatar changes - I miss your old amusing ones, although I guess they don't fit your new level of responsibility!

As for the mod nominee... There are already a few mods located in australia, so it would be useless to pick up another one in the same country. Plus my knowledge in computers is not the best, I might just know a little more than speedplay :P

Congrats to MNNB! He certainly offers a depth of insight on, and great knowledge of, table tennis. I really enjoy reading his posts. I always loved his avatar with the shaking butterfly ball--a classic! Here's to MNNB (where's my cold frosty mug...?)
