We're having some technical issues with the website at the moment. Our host is migrating the websites to another server... and are obvious having some hickups.

Thanks a lot for those that have already tried to notify us of the problem!

I noticed. I usually check in on my phone to keep up to date with whats new. But for the last two days it wont let me.

The shop homepage should work, you just can't get to any of the items...

Yeah it's perfect timing haha, I had just sent an email around the players here to see if anyone wanted anything from your shop so I could make one big order, a couple managed to have a look but then it went down and they couldn't access the products.

That's life though, hopefully it will be back up soon

These guys migrated our website to another server (without telling us), and obviously some of the settings are different, so things do not work as yet.... very annoying... hope they're capable of sorting it out!

Typical IT people. They make a upgrade to solve a problem, as a result you end up with slower performance and more issues.

It's called cheap hosting. Serious hosting does not suffer these sorts of issues, as they have the staff and spend the $ to do it right.

Anyway, no major losses here.

The trouble is that you don't know how good your host is until something goes wrong! They've been quite good until now... the host is Jumba.

Well it is hard to know how much it costs the business. But, the longer it is I assume will be more missed businesses. Especially now when you wanted to showcase your new stuff Alex.

The shop is now up and running with a temporary fix... they have not yet figured out how to fix it properly...

Sorry guys... another little hickup with the server... I think it's all sorted now...

I might start looking at other hosts... not that impressed with this ony any more... of course you don't always know what you're getting until there are issues... might have the same problems with another host...
