Interesting... You use a Defplay with fast rubbers. Anyways, to get back on topic, the only answer I can think of is that practice makes perfect! Repetition and determination. Just keep and keep on going, don't let table tennis stress you out (it's supposed to be a very fun game), and you will get better no matter what.
