Has anyone tried the 1* training balls from Yinhe?

Unlike their 3* balls, the 1* are seamed balls, so they'll obviously be very different. They come in packs of 10.

They've got both seamed and seamless 1* balls. The seamless have a blue label, the seamed red. They were giving them away at the WTTC, I got one of each. Haven't played with them. Tenryu was selling both, they only seem to have the seamless ones left.
