So my case is probably the most difficult one in the table tennis history. I began some 15 years ago and I always play with something else, I can't find the racket who suits me. I began with an antispin on the backhand and a Mark V on the FH but as I was young and beginner, the coach make me change after one year for two inverted rubbers. Some years after this, I began with short pimples, not really more efficient. So I tried LP wining almost each year a ranking or two, some years I plaid with two inverted with the same results. So on year I took an antispin back and won this year four rankings but I had some difficulties against the players on the same new ranking. Once again, two inverted: same ranking at the end, LP next year: also same ranking. I decided this year to continue with the LP but I think I am not at the maximum. Some players believe I should play with two inverted, some say I use my LP very good and the last one 'you was not so bad with the anti" How do you understand this? I can train ith everything and during a complete season I reach the same %. I can do everything with the backhand and forehand (maybe now a bit more difficult to understand spin variations with the backhand after so many years with LP) What would you do? |

I think the best shot would be 2 inverted since in the current system it just has the highest potential. |

What I really want is going on in the ranking climbing, so I think i should decide for something and continue with it. This morning I tried an antispin on an all+ blade: not so a bad idea: no question about incoming spin, attack as a backside and defense possibilities... (need more training against good players but this could be interesting) Two inverted? Yes why not but it will ask training and more training. |

Trouble with LP styles is finding a coach! If you can get a good coach that can teach you strokes and strategies, it's worth persisting. I agree inverted on both sides has more potential, but you'll also become much more mainstream... |

So so, still hesitating with all the choice... maybe continuing with the 955 or trying an anti... I will keep you informed. |

I would say the antipower and the 955 offer the same possibilities except spinreversal and effects for the 955 and amortising effect for the anti. |
