Control blades?
I know more people that put a fast low throw on control blades than high throw rubbers.

im curious about this as well.. ive use a lower throw rubber (markVgps) and a relatively higher throw rubber(plasma 430) on my Gatien Extra (slowish control blade - not defensive) and i find the higher throw rubber on the slower blade compensates nicely for the lack of oomph..

maybe it;s the speed factor? (the plasma is a much faster rubber than the markv gps) but i have a feeling it's the throw..

peopl with more knowledge on this issue could maybe clear this up!
