OOAK Table Tennis Forum

Hey, would anyone be able to compare these two blades in terms of hardness, speed/attacking potential, control, and weight? I really love my Joo, but there's no penhold handle available. I was thinking that if the Violin is similar, I might try it for a lob/fish and long-distance-drive type of game.

Too bad I am not a good reviewer. All I can say is that Violin (I have C-pen and reversible J-pen) is very very good. I don't know why but I like the c-pen version better than the reversible one.
I use it with F2. Speed is quite ok.
Can't say anything about Joo because I never tried it, but if I am not mistaken, Violin is classified as Off, whilst Joo is defensive (?).

Hey, aeoliah, would you be able to measure the height of the fingerhook on your reversible Jpen Violin? I'm tempted to try one, but I want to make sure that the fingerhook isn't too flat, as is the problem I've seen in some other twiddler Jpens.
