| Post subject: | Donic Defplay Senso Classic V3 ??? |
Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of this blade? There seems to be several different versions of this blade. Is it basically the same as the other Defplays but slower? Koto on FH side Ayous on backhand? Is anyone aware of any rubber incompatibility? Thanks for your help! |

Sir, mine has a V3. V3 or Void3 is a technology by Donic where the handle is hollowed. This way, the blade is lighter. If you see the bottom of a Defplay Senso blade, you could see that there is a hole in it, a big one at that  I don't know about the speed tho

the classic has a balsa core hence the lightness,i think the outer plies are koto on both sides,if you want classic defence get this,if you want modern defence with f/h loopdrive capability get the newer defplay senso v3 not classic |

I forget to mention that the lighter the handle, the heavier the head thus is better for modern defence (more speed on loopdrives, etc)
