Looking for a new OFF- bat that loops and blocks well from mid distance.

FH - I mainly Loop with some blocking and flicking
BH - I mainly block, push, flick with the occasional chop or loop

I am looking for an all wood OFF- blade that loops/blocks/pushes well and has excellent control and rubber that is easy to control and medium fast with many gears that fits my style described above.

Blades: (under $50 usd)
Tibhar Stratus Power Wood
Xiom Diva
Yasaka Extra 7
Stiga offensive CR
Stiga Clipper
Donic Burn OFF-

Rubbers:
Xiom Vega Europe
Donic Bluefire M3
Yasaka Rakza 7 soft
Andro Rasant Powersponge

My thought is:
FH: Bluefire M3 or Rakza 7 soft
BH: Xiom Vega or Andro Rasant Powersponge

I am hoping for some direction here.

Here's my recommended approach:

1) Browse to http://www.tabletennis11.com/other_eng/blades
2) Select OFF-
3) Pick one that looks pretty or has a cool name
4) It will match your requirements

and rubber that is easy to control and medium fast with many gears

Similar approach. For example:

1) Browse to https://bribartt.co.uk/product-category/rubbers
2) Filter by, for example, Allround Control / Catapult Effect
3) Pick one that looks pretty or has a cool name
4) It will match your requirements

I like this... So true. I'd add "Consult your wallet before pressing 'Buy'", but that's just me.

Some good suggestions here, but i would rate clipper a little faster than OFF- it
Seems more like OFF !
I have good results with Rasant Powersponge especially on medium hard Wood.
