Just wondering for those forumers who celebrate xmas, have you requested something table tennis related, maybe purchased something for yourself? Maybe you have bought a TT related gift for a family member or even offered advice to someone else as to some ideas?

I've been asked a few times about where to get tables and I've also put in a request myself for a new rubber, but not sure if its forthcoming.

Interested to hear if any other table tennis themed gifts around.

I have spent more than I should on blades to warrant any Christmas gifts... So sad...

There is something square and very suspicious under the Xmas tree that has my name on.

It's thin and square. I'd pointed out a couple of rubbers and also said to ask haggisv for advice of she needed. Wasnt sure if she was even going to get one but it appears so. :)

Don't think I need/want any blades or rubbers.

I do need a new pairs of sneakers, so I gave my kids a link to a pair of Mizuno Wave drive 7 that would be nice.

It's one of those years where I can't think of of anything that's not 100% practical.
Here's hoping the wave drive 7 are under the tree.

Might need to create a new sub-forum to discuss towels. :D

Probably not much point discussing whether to get Chinese or not, I'd imagine they are all made in China.

"Ordinary" towel vs microfibre towel:
How much friction?
Different colour on each side?
Designed for the polyball sweat?
Is one ideal for defenders? Attackers?

I could go on :)

By the way, if you're having a problem with sweaty palms while playing... get some of these...
