Hi everyone, this is my first post here.
I've been playing table tennis on and off for a few years now and along the way have picked up a bunch of bats that have been given to me, however, due to a large break, most of the rubbers on these bats are fairly worn out. I would classify myself as an advanced beginner. So anyway i'm looking for a new bat/rubbers and was wondering what your opinions are. Here are my current ones

Unknown Butterfly blade with flextra on both sides - definitely a bit too slow for me
Donic appelgren allplay - Donic desto f3, andro impuls speed - Was content with the speed/spin, but had trouble landing shots on the table
Andro supercore all+ - Andro hexer + on both sides - Literally I had more shots going off the end of the table than on it
Unknown 729 blade with Hurricane 3 both sides - Probably my best used, easy to serve and short return

(all rubbers except for hurricane 3 and the hexer + is worn out)

Right before I stopped playing, I'm sure my coach reccomended that my next rubber was going to be Andro Shifter, but I don't remember whether it was the standard or the powersponge

Any suggestions?

Interesting you would say that one blade is too slow but you can't keep fast rubbers on the table even with the slow blade. Is the butterfly blade a premade. Could be a Yuki as that has flextra on it. Top pre-made bat.
I wouldn't use the unknown 729 as Chinese blades are generally faster and harder and you likely to have a better blade in your collection.
I'd use the 1) Appelgren or 2) Andro and put the Hurricane on them and use it for 6 months to a year, regardless of how slow you might feel it is. Upgrade after that. If you want new rubbers then for something of Euro feel but slower, I can recommend Mars II 33 degree or if you really want a tensor, maybe the standard Hexer.

Andro shifter as I recall is not a tensor so should be fine also.

When I say that I can't get the balls on the table with the desto f3 and the impuls speed, I mean that my soft shots tend to go off the table often. With the Hexer +, most of my shots go off the end of the table. I think that I have a problem with either tensors or because the throw is too high. Does the standard hexer have a very high throw, in comparision to these mentioned? I'm looking for something that's easier to control

If a rubber has a high throw then why not just close your blade accordingly?

I would use the Donic allplay. It doesnt really matter what rubber you use for now.

At the moment, I'm looking at the yasaka mark v (found it for $26 AUD) because people are saying you can't go wrong with it
But since I like hurricane 3 but want something a little less hard, I was thinking of the Hurricane 3 neo
Anyone have any opinions on these?

Use TG3-60 or H3-50 35 degree instead of H3/neo. Either 3-60 or 3-50 on 35 degree is softer.

Better still, I would recommend Yinhe 9000 soft for your current state.

It would be well worth trying Hurricane 8, especially as you are familiar with Hurricane rubber. I pay about £19 on Aliexpress/XVT.

As far as I know the H8 doesn't come with softer degree options.

H8 comes in hard and mid-hard. Mid-hard feels softer than any H3 I have tried, despite the quoted 39 degrees.

Yes, but the 3-50 and 3-60 comes with lower degree still. 35 and 37 degree.
