Yes, but spinny and soft itself is mythical, cause, the softer the rubber is, the easier for the rubber to "gobble" the ball, and kill it spin, and favour Harimoto Style aka Classic Japan Style. I call this rubber as Blocker Driver Rubber aka Solcion Class rubber. It does match most Carbonado.

If this rubber class is what you want, consider

Yasaka Fusion
JOOLA Energy Green Power X-Soft
Stiga Innova Ultra Light
Andro Rasant Beat
Tibhar Sinus Sound
Donic Desto F3 Big Slam
Xiom Vega Elite
