Will this cause any problems? I got this hole after removing the glue.

I have done worse damage than that before removing glue from Rakza and Xiom sponges :-P

Only solution is fill the hole with glue and let it dry for a long time. Then apply moderately thick layer of glue after that until you have a flat uniform surface.

You can't probably remove glue layer from the sponge after this else you risk ripping out more sponge. Also the rubber will likely tear on or around this spot when removing the rubber from blade.

If you have a porous or mid-hard or soft sponge rubber it is probably better to forego trying to remove glue. Else orange oil or goo-gone or some rubber latex "eating" or "softening" solution will make a messy but less damaging form of extremely slow form of removal of the glue buildup from the sponge.

I haven't got a lot of luck doing a quick easy or fast removal of glue from sponge. It has always been deadslow and only DHS No.15 glue has shown some good ability to pull off in one sheet from the sponge.

It's not uncommon, some sponges tear very easily so it happens when you remove it. Sealing the blade will help, will make it easier next time.
I would simply glue it normal, don't worry about the holes.

Its a sealed blade. Im afraid that i might have to reglue it more times as the lidu glue i used came off easily on a sealed blade. I got that hole from removing glue from the sponge as it was far too many layers(removed 3 times so its 6 layers)

Ah yes, fair enough. I'd still just glue it despite the holes. I think filling up the hole is likely to make it worse.

For sealed blade, you just have to lightly sand with high-grit sandpaper like 180-grit or 400-grit. Just do it one time and it should be easy to glue the rubber on the roughened surface.

Rakza7 soft is the most difficult to remove glue from by far due to the much softer sponge. Normal Rakza7 just needs some caution and gentle hands in removing the glue buildup.

I don't think too many layers of glue can drastically change the performance of the rubber. Just glue it normally and just keep adding the glue on top as you reglue it. It shouldn't be possible to buildup the glue layer more than 2 or 3 mm at max during the entire life of the rubber.

Have you ever bought a sheet of, say, tuned Haifu Whale? You don't know what a thick layer of glue is until you've seen one of these..
